We headed out to Island Park in September for our annual Flannery getaway. We had so much fun this year! The cabin that Mark and Becky got for us was amazing! The first night we were there we started it off with a dance party... picture all the kids doing their wacky dance moves, and I even got in on the shuffle madness! Jerry went fly fishing as usual and got some quality time in with his Dad and the great outdoors. We took a small hike to see Mesa Falls... that place is pretty incredible. Then we headed into West Yellowstone for some shopping and ice cream (too bad the best ice cream place ever was closed because it was Sunday). On our way back we headed to Quake Lake. What an amazing story and place to see! We also stopped by Big Springs to check out the HUGE trout... they were all hiding from us under the bridge, but Jerry caught a grasshopper and Connor threw it out into the spring and a HUGE fish jumped up and ate it! So cool. Grady got to spend lots of quality time with his cousins, and they had fun all playing together! I can't wait for Grady to be a little bigger and have tons of little friends/cousins to play with! They will all be best buds! We ended the vacation with a nice big family picture! My oh my... this family is really growing! I am so happy and thankful to be a part of such an awesome family! I feel like I have been a part of it my whole life... love the Flan Clan!
